BCNet-FX is an economical Mitsubishi FX PLC Ethernet communication processor, designed to meet the increasing informatization needs of factory equipment (equipment network monitoring and production management), for Mitsubishi FX1S/1N/2N/3S/3G/ 3GA/3GC/3U/3UC series PLC Ethernet data acquisition is very convenient to build a production management system.
BCNet-FX adopts industrial grade design, rail installation, with communication line. It does not occupy the PLC programming port. While the host computer monitors the PLC data through the Ethernet, the touch screen can communicate with the PLC through the multiplexing interface X2. BCNet-FX supports the vast majority of SCADA software in the field of industrial control, and supports two communication methods: Mitsubishi MC Ethernet protocol and ModbusTCP.
BCNet-FX Features
Installed on a 35mm guide rail, no external power supply required. The COM1 port is connected to the S8 programming communication port of FX, and the COM2 expansion port is used for touch screen communication.
Through the WEB server or the configuration diagnostic tool BCDevice, the device can be parameterized and run diagnostics.
Automatically adjust the baud rate of the FX programming communication port, which can meet the needs of large data communication.
Support Ethernet communication of MELSOFT products (GX Works2, GX Developer, etc.).
Support host computer MC Ethernet protocol (MELSEC Communication Protocol) communication, support host software (MCGS, IFIX, INTOUCH, KepWare OPC server, etc.) access.
Integrated ModbusTCP server, support FC1, FC2, FC3, FC5, FC6, FC16, Modbus data area is automatically mapped to FX data area.
Support TCP/IP transparent transmission protocol communication.
With MC communication protocol, programming in high-level languages (such as VB, VC, C#, etc.) can be realized, and data communication with Mitsubishi FX can be realized, which is convenient for the development of production management system.
The SCADA (upper configuration software) supporting OPC channel communicates with FX in OPC mode.
MELSOFT connection, MC protocol connection and ModbusTCP connection can be realized at the same time. Support the connection of 6 host computers.
Support firmware update on the user side through Ethernet, one purchase, permanent upgrade.
