BCNet-A is an economical Ethernet communication processor. It is designed to meet the increasing demand for informationization of factory equipment (equipment network monitoring and production management). It is used for Ethernet data acquisition of Mitsubishi A series PLCs. It is convenient to build a production management system.

BCNet-A has a double round port, is equipped with an adapter cable, and does not occupy the PLC programming port. While the host computer monitors the PLC data through the Ethernet, the touch screen can communicate with the PLC through the multiplexing interface X2.

BCNet-A supports the vast majority of SCADA software in the field of industrial control, and supports ModbusTCP communication.

BCNet-A features

Installed on a 35mm guide rail, the COM1 port is directly connected to the PLC programming communication port. BCNet-A requires an external 24VDC power supply.

Integrate a WEB server, through the web page, you can set device parameters and run diagnostics, and set a login protection password to prevent tampering with configuration data.

Self-adaptive to the communication parameters of the Mitsubishi PLC programming port, no additional settings are required.

Integrated ModbusTCP server, support FC1, FC2, FC3, FC5, FC6, FC16, Modbus data area is automatically mapped to the data area of Mitsubishi PLC.

Using ModbusTCP, it can realize programming in advanced languages (such as VB, VC, C#, etc.), realize data communication with Mitsubishi PLC, and facilitate the development of production management system.

SCADA (upper configuration software) supporting OPC channel communicates with Mitsubishi PLC in OPC mode.
